Mr. Parvinder S Chadha
Mr. Par Chadha is Executive Chairman of HOV Services Ltd. He is also Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of HGM, a family office formed in 2001. Mr. Chadha has over 40 years of experience in building businesses in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, including the execution of mergers and acquisitions, integration of businesses, and public offerings.
Mr. Chadha served as Chairman of Exela Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: Xela) between 2017-2021, and he has been Executive Chairman since September 2021. In addition, Mr. Chadha has served as Chairman of SourceHOV since 2011, and he was Chairman of Lason Inc. from 2007 to 2011 until its merger with SourceCorp, a predecessor company of SourceHOV. Since 2005, Mr. Chadha has served as a Director of HOV Services Limited (NSE: HOVS), a company listed on the National Stock exchange of India, acting as its Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is also Co-founder of Rule 14, LLC, a leading AI automation company formed in 2011, and during his career, he has founded or co-founded other technology companies in the fields of metro optical networks, systems-on-silicon, and communications.
Through HGM, Mr. Chadha previously participated in director and executive roles in joint ventures with major financial and investment institutions, as well as other portfolio companies of HGM, and he currently holds and manages investments in evolving AI , financial technology and health technology industries.
Mr. Sunil Rajadhyaksha
Mr. Rajadhyaksha co-founded Codec Pvt. Ltd. in 1989, an HGM acquisition, and is now a publicly traded company. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Rajadhyaksha has served as COO or Global President of companies deployed in the US and India. Mr. Rajadhyaksha’s achievements include launching international operations for Bay Area Credit Service and its 1000 plus seat call center and creating and deploying strategic and operational direction for Meret Optical Communications.
Mr. Rajadhyaksha holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications and electronics from the University of Pune, India, and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Mr. Vikram Negi
Mr. Vikram Negi has over 22 years of invaluable experience in successfully managing large transactions, cross border teams, operational and financial processes. He possesses a strong background in M&A, Finance, Treasury and Operations and a broad range of interpersonal and advisory skills.
Mr. Negi holds an MBA degree in Finance and Information Technology from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a B.S. Degree in Commerce and Accountancy from St. Xavier’s College.
Mr. Harjit Singh Anand
Mr. Harjit Singh Anand has over 40 years of experience of having worked in senior management positions in Indian Railways, IRCON International Ltd. (a public sector company) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). He joined Indian Railways Service of Electrical Engineers in 1977 and was a key member of the team that set up Rail Coach Factory at Kapurthala having capacity to manufacture more than 1000 coaches annually. He had worked in IRCON from 1994 to 2006 and undertook numerous turnkey electrical construction contracts for Railway Traction, power supply works, EHT substations (upto 400kV), Electrical works for Refineries etc. in India and overseas (Turkey, UK, Ireland, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Syria).
He joined DMRC in May’06 as Director (Rolling Stock) upto Dec’17 and was on the Board of DMRC for over ten years. Under his leadership, procurement and commissioning of over 2200 modern metro cars against International Competitive Bidding at a total cost of over 2.9 billion USD was achieved. He is presently working as President in CAF India Private ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CAF Spain. Mr. Anand holds a B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India.
Mr. Ajay Puri
Mr. Ajay Puri is BE-Electrical Engineering and has completed several Management programs including at Tata, UTC, Harvard, Wharton- Insead, ASB-Sloan-MIT.
Mr. Ajay Puri had served as board member and group President and CEO. He has served MetTube Sdn Bhd, Mitsubishi ,Toyotomi, Condyne liscensee, United technologies-Carrier, Usha Breco and Voltas (Tata company) at senior positions. Hands on experience in co-creating Global first innovations, strategic marketing, products, systems, projects, brand positioning, new architecture transforming start-ups and MNCs to global leaderships. Shouldered global responsibilities in B2B and B2C domains.
He has served different Industries: Metals/ materials, HVACR, consumer durables, mega projects, passenger and material transportation, power and energy.

Ms. Lakshmi Kumar
Ms. Lakshmi Kumar is the Director, Pradnya Niketan Education Society, Pune. She is the Founder Director of The Orchid School, Pune. PNES has under its umbrella NK. Orchid College of Engineering and Technology, Solapur. Her role is to impact institutions through leadership development, help develop administrative, academic and HR processes in professional management of the institutions, industry -academia connect and define ideological paths to school and higher education.
Ms. Kumar is a Cross Cultural Training Consultant and coach specializing in cross cultural training for international assignees in new cultural settings. She is the academic coordinator for Sweden India Project for the past 27 years training culture workers for intercultural competency. She is a certified Cross Cultural Training Consultant for Cartus Intercultural Services, Language Culture Worldwide and Global Excellence. She has trained International assignees from Europe, the Americas, Australia, Japan, and elsewhere on cross-cultural competence and business processes.
